Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel with spacious rooms and a generally clean environment. The breakfast was good, but my experience was marred by the late-night noise and early housekeeping disturbance. Additionally, the communication regarding the shuttle service wasn't as clear as I would have hoped, making our arrival a bit stressful. Overall, there were positives, but some aspects could use improvement.
Our stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. While we appreciated the shuttle service and the chance to relax in a clean room, the customer service left much to be desired, and the dining options were quite limited. The location was convenient for airport access and restaurants, but next time, I would look for a better overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient for accessing downtown Denver and the airport, and the breakfast had a decent selection. However, the noise from neighboring guests disrupted my sleep on the last night, and the response from the staff was lacking.
My stay was quite enjoyable with a spacious room that had great amenities, making it perfect for a family getaway. The location near the airport was super convenient, and I appreciated the breakfast options provided. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive, which affected my overall comfort. The service from the staff was commendable, but the lack of a luggage cart area made check-in slightly inconvenient.
My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I absolutely appreciated the fantastic service, especially from Sandra Montano and her team, who went above and beyond to help us in tough times. The location is quite convenient, being close to the airport, which made travel easy. However, some issues with the room amenities and the rather cold heating made it less than ideal during our extended stay.
